4. UAV data and sensor data

As part of its services, CapSense collects data using drones and sensors.

  • in exceptional cases, this data may indirectly contain personal data
  • processing takes place solely for the agreed project purpose
  • data is not used for other purposes without consent


CapSense acts in accordance with applicable privacy and aviation laws and regulations.

5. Retention periods

CapSense does not retain personal data longer than necessary:

  • client and contract data: up to 7 years, in connection with tax obligations
  • project data: in accordance with the contract or project duration
  • marketing data: until you unsubscribe

CapSense does not sell personal data to third parties.

We only share data where necessary for:

  • use of software and cloud platforms

We enter into data processing agreements with processors to protect your data.
